punziert außen am ovalen Standfuß

aus dem ehemaligen Bahnhofsrestaurant
Ostbahnhof Frankfurt a/M
Emblem befindet sich mittig an der
Außenwand der Saucière

ovaler Standfuß ca. 9,5 x 6 cm

Schmaler, gestufter Standfuß in ovaler Form –
darüber SaucierenKorpus, der an der Öffnung
einschließlich des breiten Ausgießers von
einem ca. 5 cm breiten Bördel eingefaßt wird –
oben angesetzte kantige Handhabe, die spitz
ausläuft.

Sehr schöne alte WELLNER-Qualität !

Unter Berücksichtigung des Alters: schöner
gebrauchter Zustand mit normalen alters-
und nutzungsbedingten Gebrauchsspuren
wie Putzspuren, Kratzer.
Originale Versilberung ist gut erhalten.

Der Jugendstil Ostbahnhof Frankfurt a/M
wurde von den Preußischen Staatseisen-
bahnen im Frühjahr 1913 eröffnet. Das
ursprüngliche Empfangsgebäude mit der
riesigen Eingangshalle (siehe Fotos)
brannte im Zweiten Weltkrieg nach
einem Luftangriff aus und wurde nach dem
Krieg abgerissen.

wall of the gravy boat

Narrow, stepped stand in oval shape.
The opening of the gravy boat is
surrounded by a narrow flange – angular
handle, tapering at the bottom.

Very nice old WELLNER quality !

Taking into account age: beautiful used 
condition with normal signs of wear due 
to age and use such as plaster marks, 
scratches. Original silver plating is well 
preserved.

The Art Nouveau Ostbahnhof Frankfurt a/M
was opened by the Prussian State Railways 
in the spring of 1913. The original station
building with its huge entrance hall
(see photos) burned out during the Second
World War after an air raid. In the post-
war period the building was demolished.
